Love! After visiting Miami the last two summers, I became enamored with Cuban Coffee which in some places depending on the type is served in small cups. So when I came back to Pittsburgh & did not have this option— I became an expresso addict. Portions are different in USA. Do you have a machine?

Yeah. I have been using a double shot basket and pouring a single shot into two cups. The standard pour is too long on the machine and makes the shot too bitter. It took a bit of playing around to recreate, but I have finally found something I can drink without sugar

The art of making an expresso— maybe one day I’ll try. I love good coffee. Every morning I use my French Press. Expresso in the afternoons after work. I can drink caffeine around 3/4 pm and feel tired by 11 pm
