I suggest you start with: https://github.com/sovenor/bitcoin-rocks/blob/main/CONTRIBUTING.md

It seems intimidating at first but all you have to do is copy paste files, install github desktop and atom, use atom to change the text in files you have to translate, save, sync it with github desktop

You may need more help for fork the repo and understand fetch, pull request.

ChatGPT can help or youtube tuto too!
