It depends on what stage of life you’re in. If you’re closer to retirement and not super retrainable per se, taking a pay cut and lesser health insurance in a cheaper town can turn any emergency into something that entirely wipes you out financially. But yeah, just saying not everyone, in fact more people I know personally, who are overpaying for fast city life would absolutely love to cut free🤙
