I don't normally do breakfast but it's cold & wet this morning & I've left over pulled pork from last night.

Pulled pork with cheese & poached eggs is one of my favorite breakfast indulgences.

Things that looks disgusting and delicious at the same time.

Haha it looked more presentable before I popped the first egg.

I was hoping that the yolk would explode with goey yolk but it had just a little too long in the water.

😁 I cut around the yolk instead of popping it. I prefer to save the best part for last. Your meal looks great!

haha i do that too, love to eat me a whole runny yolk in one mouthful

I carefully cut around the yolk. Since I like the eggs rather raw, I pretend a dam is collapsing if I stab it with my fork and the yolk spills over.

It's all about the yolk!
