I don't normally do breakfast but it's cold & wet this morning & I've left over pulled pork from last night.
Pulled pork with cheese & poached eggs is one of my favorite breakfast indulgences.

I love to fry the pulled pork so itβs crispy then cover in buttery scrambled eggs.
I feel the same about rainy days. Eat and rest.
I'm not a fan of this drizzle but we could use a good downpour to fill up the tanks.
It's real hard to get the motivation to do much on these days though.
Might fuckaround & light the fireplace later.

Haha it looked more presentable before I popped the first egg.
I was hoping that the yolk would explode with goey yolk but it had just a little too long in the water.
π I cut around the yolk instead of popping it. I prefer to save the best part for last. Your meal looks great!
