If you care about human liberty the worst possible thing you can do is join or materially support the US military.

Even campaigning for an anti-freedom politician or cause does less damage.

I have thought this in the past, but we could probably agree that helping effectuate the recent bitcoin restrictions in Argentina would be worse, no? Maybe some other stuff too

States will do what they do. Attacks on bitcoin via political means have always been expected.

But helping the US military carry out the destruction of human life across the planet is acting as the hired muscle for the political and oligarchic class. These people have no power without the backing of violence, otherwise their edicts would just be suggestions.
