It’s actually interesting.

In our view of ourselves we rate ourselves from 1 to 10 on how we look from day to day depending on haircut , tan, hungover etc etc. But this rating is NOT in comparison to other people, only ourselves.

Other people rating us would give us a 6 at our worst and a 7 at our best.
