Another huge bag of junk out of my life! I'm enjoying this decluttering thing I've been feeling lately. Not sure what it is I'm trying to avoid doing, but maybe tomorrow I'll tackle my craft room...it's a nightmare of yarn, fabric, notions, and is a catchall for things no one knows what to do with. #cleaningmachine

I'm learning that's the case. Saw a note ages ago about how we associate memories with things, but that's not really the case and how the memories are inside us. It resonated and I wish I'd bookmarked it because I can't remember the name of the book it was from.
I let go of my entire apartment contents two years ago and got it down to 9 bags to move from KS ➡️ AZ. I only regretted one thing i gave away, a piece of art, but I bought another one right before the artist discontinued it. So all good! 😊
That's awesome! I need 9 bags for my yarn and fabric 😂🤦♀️. I also have a bunch of cool glass stuff in curio cabinets that the goal is to whittle down to one cabinet. It's all family stuff, so I'm really struggling with that.
One day I will live in a tiny house and I can't be having 2,000 sq feet of crap crammed in it.
Meanwhile I bought myself second sewing machine to do nothing twice as fast👀
😂 I feel you on that one, I have 4 machines 1 needs service, 1 works, 1 is a beginner machine the kid lost interest in, and an embroidery machine...and I want a serger because it seems fun.
Today I came across some books that I have the second through fourth in the series, I borrowed the first from the library and I think there are two more out and I want them all. I could just get ebooks, but I need all or nothing not some ebooks and some paper...
