All the scammers accomplished was the text book definition of HFSP. Why you ask? Because in order to spam the network, they have to spend bitcoin to do it; thus resulting in an unsustainable situation because unlimited fiat money encounters the hardest money ever known in the universe. High fees enrich the miner participants and make the attacker poor

This is why a nation state spam attack won’t ever work. Maybe they can “spam” the network for a few weeks before they run out of bitcoin. May be better for them to just chill and save in bitcoin
