I can not grow my forearms. Twice a week I do four sets of 35 palms up wrist curls and two sets of 24 palms down wrist curls on each arm. Not even a 1/4 inch of growth after two months and I have stalled out on the weight.

Add in farmers walk to your routine too, but yeah forearms can be tough.
