As others have said, saline rinse (neti pot) will do wonders... I linked to an article about neti here.

Also, inhaling steam of eucalyptus is great too. Eucalyptus is anti viral and anti bacterial...it help clear blockages.

If you're getting bloody noses, then a humidifier will help....or run an oil diffuser with h eucalyptus oil :-)
