Trying to grok highlighter.com/my. I see itâs a team management system, and you can create (nested) lists. So are there lists managed by a team? Not sure what team management means.
wow, this might be a new interesting milestone đ
some people have seen highlighter.com:
they don't know about nostr but their curiosity is peeked
they read nostr:npub1dergggklka99wwrs92yz8wdjs952h2ux2ha2ed598ngwu9w7a6fsh9xzpc 's piece and get up to speed
they go around not being able to find who's behind it (I didn't include a 'by @pablof7z' đ ), the end up asking around or emailing random, non-existent addresses (e.g. info@highlighter.com) to try to get in touch
-------
very, very interesting
I truly think this type of use case is very close to unlocking a whole new leg of nostr userbase growth that will simply not be very active on nostr's social network (at first).
All the people that have reached out to me are INCREDIBLY motivated (they had to jump through a bunch of hoops to contact me, including reading what the hell nostr is!)
They all have the type of problem highlighter goes for in their mind for literally 15/20 years (interestingly enough, all people point to a number of year in this range).
is this the first few signs of nostr:npub1sg6plzptd64u62a878hep2kev88swjh3tw00gjsfl8f237lmu63q0uf63m 's thesis playing out?

Discussion
Right now there is no team management.
The team part comes when I cross-pollinate further with nsecBunker
Would that mean a list that multiple users can contribute to?
Yes đ
How would you prevent list spam?
I guess youâd have one person select team members and they are the only ones who can add items to the list?
Only authorized people (I.e âteamâ members) are allowed to change the list.
Anyone (might, if not encrypted) comment on list items or the list itself. Tools allow you to see/hide/filter this easily.
You can already propose to add items to one of my lists for example, tagging one of my listsâ npub like nostr:npub1f0v4ryys99lgeq55qc7503hu39703aahtup94u7dk8dtqfkjlwkstjyppp or nostr:npub1tfzcrk7ly9u6e38rhl2rrm06vsgl793r9m8zf3kz78wq5qx0nnvqfqy0wj
The decision to move those items you propose into the list is up to the list owner
Who does the authorization?
The list owner âwhitelistsâ the team member on a team or list basis.
NsecBunker provides HSM policies that can enforce any arbitrary authorization.
Probably for lists like this a FROST solution would be better though but thatâs way further down the line and nsecBunker is already here
