Dude writes about this shit in 1949, receives critical acclaim, and then society walks right into it anyway. Think about this a lot, pretty sure it was unavoidable. Freedom tech provides solutions but there will be many painful repercussions of slavery tech before most realize the need.

tend to agree, both were incredibly prescient though, I go back and forth on orwell, sometimes I think he gets too much credit, sometimes too little
