Yes, my mother-in-law is trying to be healthier.... her plan, cut out all meat except lean chicken. She eats granola and yogurt for breakfast, lunch is usually a peanut butter sandwich, on wheat thins of course because that is healthy and dinner is chick-fil-a.

She is getting much worse in the memory department.... i showed her multiple studies showing a link between sugar and dementia and overall memory and how it improves in just weeks of a keto diet. You can't show them new information... they refuse to accept it. 🤦‍♂️
