Replying to Avatar Stirling Forge

As someone experimenting with ditching my KYC ISP to live off of mobile hotspot, I am realizing that the Windows 10 and 11 OS use a criminal amount of data, even with updates disabled and on 'metered connection' mode. Like 7.8GB in the last 5 days. WTF is windows up to?!

That seems high. Did you deoat with privacy.sexy ? Maybe windows update ?

Hotspots are shitty , i tried that before for a month.OS and phone upgrades are terrible . Its not worth it
