How are you signed in? And if it's with an extension is it Nostr Connect?
Signed out and back in again using nostr connect extension!
Ahh, that's the issue; Nostr connect doesn't support NIP-44 encryption yet (what is used for the DMs on Shopstr, Amethyst, Coracle, 0xchat, etc.), so you can't view the messages unless you use another extension like Alby or nos2x. If you have 0xchat, Amethyst, or Coracle you should also be able to view the messages there an claim your payment.

How do I send this out to my alby wallet??
If you're on Shopstr, Amethyst, or 0xchat you should just be able to click the claim/redeem button and it'll pay out to your lightning address. Since I see you have coinos set as your address, you could also just copy/paste the payment into your coinos app (they support Cashu as well).

When I look at the shopstr page, I still see the sats in the wallet, and also the inventory count didn’t change?!
Inventory count isn't automatically changed yet, unfortunately. To change it, it has to manually be updated since we don't store any inventory information at all, it's just set on the listing, but I'm working on an update to make that more seamless.
As for the wallet, did you deposit the sats into it first and then pay out, or is it that one sat that was showing in the screenshots you sent? I'm currently working on updating the wallet so it might be acting up. If the sats you sent are in your external wallet already, they won't be spendable within the site anymore, you'll just get an error trying to spend them.
