Got high blood pressure: take an ace inhibitor

Got depression: take an SSRI

Got high cholesterol: take a statin

Got obesity: take Ozempic

Got inflammation: take Celebrex

Or just eat some damn steak.

Wife and I started Carnivore a week ago, and while we still have a craving every once in awhile, it fantastic. Both of us feel better, and she's losing weight that she wanted to lose. 🫂💪🫡
