I use it often for non KYC swaps and have funded and often used BTC and Monero balances. I have also helped people swap their ETH for BTC in the same way. Like you said, there seems to be some bugs with silent payments in this initial release for some people. I am sure it will be sorted soon, and yes, they have great customer support. They also have a Monero only wallet called (Monero.com) that is best for just Monero. I use both often. Cake rocks.
