You know what. I have a tendency to have very strong opinions, loosely held.
I like their movies. I like their shows. Sure they seem to really be into organ harvesting & fiat money scams; and possibly the underage sex trade BUT I don’t know enough to call it a shithole.
I am now open to a visit to Korea. I’ve done a full 180. Dead serious.
real Korean food in Korea: mostly great, very unique.
infrastructure: absolutely world class
culture: lacking, hyper materialistic, end stage capitalism with no soul. brutally conformist.
