seems they are pushing for vaccine changes without pointing the finger directly at the vaccines - idk if they are trying to backdoor something, or they were told to shut up or get the Charlie Kirk treatment
I think they are simply trying to back out before they get mobbed by a pissed off populace.

lol... it's hard to know... but this, again, seems like desperation, not a real solution.
