The idea that rights are determined by collective consensus & rather than derived logically from existence is the root of most of the atrocities in human history.

Either individuals own themselves & we adhere to everything which logically follows (indiviuals being the smallest possible minority) or we prioritize groups & abstractions above actual people & we sacrifice individuals to the "needs" of imaginary blobs.

Individual rights are negative rights, you have the right to be left alone. You have no right to anything that someone else has to provide. All initiations of force are criminal whether done by costumed authorities or thugs in an alley.
