That's me at every corporation over 30 people that I've worked at.

Same. I was warning of how small issues could be become big issues if not managed. Of course I was ignored until it became a big problem. Before you know its my fault for not warning leadership lol.
At least I was never blamed like that, and sometimes even got, "You were right all along." comments. That doesn't prevent them from ignoring me the next time though. 🤣
Oh a colleague also tried to take credit for warning leadership even though it was me who did it.
I hate the workplace lol.
This sound familiar with #Bitcoin 🤔
Have you tried convincing someone that knows nothing about btc ?
I'm not into the idea of trying to go out an convince people of anything if it doesn't directly impact me. I see that type of behavior as disrespectful and selfish. However, if I'm discussing topics around an idea I would like to promote, I do mention the idea to see what their interest is. If they seem interested, I will go over the benefits of that idea. If they're squarely against it, or have zero interest, then I'm not going to spend precious time and energy on them.
