I have no opinion about MicroStrategy but I’m interested in learning about its strategy and what will happen when price goes down.

Can somebody give me a video or article that explains it in understandable language?

In theory...

price up MicroStrategy good!

price down, MicroStategy still good unless it hits the DCA'ed liquidation point.

price down more, MicroStrategy dead.

Also, price must be high enough when the senior notes are due or stock will take a major hit.
