it's also on leadership, everyone has to watch their back and make sure their contributions are top, horrible incentive system

I’ve seen more young people ignoring input from “old people than the other way around.

I think you're both describing the same thing ... I think there is a general lack of humility to hear lessons & too much insecurity to accept new ideas
