It's been the same issue since Friday, regardless of the model used. I've contacted support and they are looking into it.

It's a major PITA... Almost unusable for content generation. And I'm just back from holidays, with a heavy workload of editing 😐

Agreed. It's almost unusable. You should also contact their support team. The more people report the issue, the more likely they are to address it promptly.
