I hate when chefs cheat on recipes. Everything going well and then.. boom... 2 sticks of butter... or a full cup of cream... for 2 portions? Wtf.
If you need lots of fat to make your food taste good, you failed. Sorry.
There is a lot of fat in a ribeye.

It's good, but not my preferred. I eat steak for the beefy flavor, not for the fat.
