In this particular situation, I can't really say they're wrong either.
I agree. The response to January 6 made it clear that the national security state is moving to target them.

I agree. There's no doubt in my mind that criminal behavior took place, but I absolutely refuse to refer to that as an "insurrection."
It's an insurrection the same way BLM was a "mostly peaceful protest."
