hahahaha. I mean I hold on to some disks if they're still working in an array, assuming I have the space in a non-important application, but my rotations typically knock them out. I used to resell them. Ones that had good smart data I run some DBAN (I have an old copy if you need it btw) for a couple bucks just to see them move on. I sold a bunch of 3tb drives for $15 a piece on markeyplace a few years ago with almost 40k hours on them. They sold out basically over night it was wild.
