A wine never feels complete until the labels are in my hand.

I started making this wine two years ago and knew this moment would come, but I did not expect it to carry this much gravity.

Satoshi’s Reserve will always come from the best barrel of each vintage, but in 2021 I had no Pinot Noir left after a frost devastated my vineyard.

I loved the wine I made that year, but Pinot Noir is the heart and soul of Peony Lane and not having it left a real hole to fill.

Peony Lane only exists because my dad accomplished his life’s dream, and Satoshi’s Reserve has become the way I honor and elevate that while carving my own path.

This Satoshi's Reserve represents the first true incarnation of the pinnacle of Peony Lane. A wine that has proven to be age worthy for at least 18 years, grown at the highest elevation Pinot Noir vineyards in North America.

Holding these labels makes all of this feel real.
