this happened to me with brb.io and it stopped and never happened again after rebooting the client 💁‍♀️

If it doesn’t stop you have to find the relay with trial and error. Remove relays one by one and check if the issue persists. If you added a new one recently start with this

How a relay can cause a similar problem? The relay is dumb, simply forwards events, it is the client job managing them.
