Many users said that a certain relay is causing this. I don’t know which
this happened to me with brb.io and it stopped and never happened again after rebooting the client 💁♀️

If it doesn’t stop you have to find the relay with trial and error. Remove relays one by one and check if the issue persists. If you added a new one recently start with this
Oh and restart the client after each removal
