I don't think we realise how unhealthy we are here in North America (even those of us who are into #health stuff), because we haven't really witnessed what levels of health the human body can achieve.

Dr. Weston A. Price's book (Nutrition and Physical Degeneration) has helped me understand this more.

I knew about Dr. Price and the Nourishing traditions since 2015ish. But I just started reading the book last fall. I haven't finished it yet though. Too many books on the go.
