Small changes that make a big difference.:

★ Eating only fruit and honey until lunch or even dinner. 🍉🫐🍊

★ Replacing cow milk+butter with goat milk+butter. 🐐🥛🧈

★ Replacing beef ground with bison ground. 🦬🥩

★ Taking a break from eggs, poultry, and pork. 🥚🐔🐖

★ Having a couple of scoops of good collagen or gelatin. 🥄☕

★ Consuming extra calcium from aged, lowfat raw Swiss cheese. ⛰️🧀

★ Sneaking in a couple of tablespoons of coconut oil. 🥥 🥄
