Why skip eggs?

The farts stink.

That's a sulfur metabolism issue, sir.

I recommend supplementing CoQ10 and molybdenum for a couple months, or until it goes away.

You can eliminate stinky gas pass by taking a dropper or two of chlorophyll 1st thing every morning.

Works like magic.

Typical eggs have as much PUFA as canola oil. When trying to deplete PUFA stores on the body, especially linoleic acid, this gets in the way.

There is small cottage industry attempting to rewind the profile of fatty acids in chicken and pork products 1000 years.

You have to explicitly source it. Corn +soy free is not enough. Has to be low pufa feed, which is basically non-existent.

The biggest change for me was to eat my food raw instead of cooking (=killing) it πŸ˜‰

Meat digests so much better that way.

Just stay on top of bacterial / parasite issues in the long run and you're golden.

I've always thought of cooking food as a form of pre-digestion, so your body doesn't have to expend as much energy digesting it.

That is bad?

The closer you are to nature, the healthier you become imo.

Where do you source your bison?

Right now just Force of Nature.

Looking around for others.

Also, sent you a DM

Why break from eggs? πŸ‘€

I'm not sure I've ever seen nostr:nprofile1qqstzt0wugc7sklvr8e7fcl7ukyn63ym3ns4nmf2mnk0vqnz4l9x65qpp4mhxue69uhkummn9ekx7mqpr3mhxue69uhkummnw3ez6un9d3shjtnhd3m8xtnnwpskxegamescj think about and discuss the ideas from the Ray Peat space.

Certainly there is alot of alignment:

- Seed oils and other industrial substitutes, including false sugars, are wreaking havoc on our health.

- People need loads of wild animal foods.

- Sun exposure, light environment, and even grounding is a big factor aiding or hindering health.

And I'm sure the big disagreement lies in:

- Natural sugars support the metabolism

- Natutal sugars, in the absence of fats, can reverse insulin resistancr.

- Keto, esp carnivore, for too long is stressful, leads to chronic cortisol imbalance, balding in men, and makes women infertile.

Never the less, Ken is one of my heros and I highly value his common sense approach to health.
