The biggest change for me was to eat my food raw instead of cooking (=killing) it 😉

Meat digests so much better that way.

Just stay on top of bacterial / parasite issues in the long run and you're golden.

I've always thought of cooking food as a form of pre-digestion, so your body doesn't have to expend as much energy digesting it.

That is bad?

The closer you are to nature, the healthier you become imo.
