So Nostr is basically a “protocol” on how people interact over the internet using a set format of json objects sending information between people. That being the case, this interaction is not limited to “Twitter imitations” but can be used for anything. You could re-create all forms of interactions. You essentially could build an app to look like Facebook, Instagram, Amazon and even eBay but using the Nostr protocol and using SATs to exchange value.
