Let me not recommend stello! I tried a month of it. It is a non-prescription one since I am not diabetic, just curious. Sooo soo inaccurate and stopped 3 days before it should. Their app is crap as well! The walking is one of the best things you can do pretty much! Especially if you are insulin resistant. Since muscle doesn't need the glut4 channels that insulin brings to the cell membranes to bring in the glucose! Great for bringing it down and therefore bringing your insulin down. Sorry to bombard you with blabberings 😃

No need to apologize. I absolutely love the information. Thank you!

Agreed.

CGMs do not lower blood sugar, they track it - about every couple of minutes or so, and that way you don't have to constantly test with finger pricking and test strips. It's a great way to see how what you do or eat throughout the can affect your BG numbers.

Oops my brad sorry that's what I was trying to say

I'd like to get a CGM to test different foods and walk times to see if and what works for me

I blame the 20 plus generations of redneck inbreeding for my lack of being able to clearly communicate a message sometimes 🙏🏻

lmao I understood when you said walking around was good for your BG and I agree. The CGM thing confused me

I'm new at this whole biohacking thing and I hate needles but I figure I'll try anything once twice if I like it
