The color is not a problem but the vinyl I use is pretty stiff and I have nothing to properly cut a thumb shape in it. I have to lookfor alternative before giving you a positive answer.

I can do it. Now comes time to design it.

Quickly with what you told me I'm thinking black cordovan on the outside and black and neon orange on the inside.

To give you an idea, this one has a full neon interior with that black cordovan on the outside.
