Crazy… I’m afraid that people who were mixing some bitcoins in a whirlpool won’t see their funds back since #SamouraiWallet appears to have stopped functioning or is it not how it works?

Their node is down, if you use their node, the wallet won't load. You just need to recover the wallet in any other wallet software.
You never shared any private keys with samourai, so that's not the case. Anyone using samourai has their funds as long as they have their seed phrase.
