I think here you should think less about top follows and more about finding the most interesting accounts generally. Nostr is not for influencing, it is John Galts valley.
yeah, it sounds like no one has any recommended follows. Odd that in general no one seems to have found value from any creators here.
My recommendation just follow lots of people, and then unfollow bad posters you accidentally pick up.

The problem is the way you dismissed people working hard, stacking sats, thinking about how get out of the fiat racket. It's true that there's a lot of everyday conversation going on, but they shouldn't be excluded in leiu of people who are "thinkers." The thinkers are writing. Go read Ross Stevens' last shareholder letter, and in the meantime, participate in some everyday conversation. That's the Nostr way.
