Funny thing is Germany buys electricity via the European grid. Guess how much nuclear comprises that grid ? Is it growing or declining ?

Batshit in motion. Bowel motions.

Yes, as pr now the the rest of Europe is subsidiesing Germany. I now Finland and Sweden and a few others has changed course on nuclear but this shit starting to hurt badly.

Eg I was in the market for a new wood stove here in Norway but got told a 1 year wait for delivery due to deficits in the steel market. Smelters have shut down. The eco fascists are killing Europe.

Can you import them? I know they’re heavy as hell but it would seem wood stoves are going to be in high demand in Europe for the next few years

Yhea maybe from India or somewhere. Its up for grabs!

What style wood stove is in demand? The old style cookers or the pot belly fireplace for space heating?

Would be cool to stick a couple of ASICS in one of these and organize home heating with excess heat.

The gast iron ones are easier to get hold of. The ones most in demand with 1 + year lead times are more modern convection owns like contura 330 and the like. https://www.varmefag.no/peis-ovn/contura-330g-peisovn

I am not really up to speed on the whole situation across Europe and different styles. My initial comment stems from only one source/shop and I have not had time to do further research.

But its safe to say wood burning stoves and ovens are in high demand, and supply is hampered by the covid lockdown, war sanctions, and the energy crises.
