I have hundreds of burner emails used for various services throughout the years in order to not link my identity across them. Have lost access to most. It is a massive pain and mental burden.
Few appreciate how great it is that we use nostr without attaching an email or phone number to our accounts.
Not ideal, but DuckDuckGo and Firefox offer relays that you can use as - not really the same - burner emails
