I’ve been a natural lucid dreamer for seven years. I believe the main reason for this is that my heart naturally beats slower than average. I’ve read in many places that this can contribute to lucid dreaming. That’s why I suggest adding meditation to your daily routine; it can definitely help.

Also, when you try to turn on a light in your dream, the lamp usually won’t work, so in real life, you can use this as a “reality check.” Try flipping the light switch during the day; if it doesn’t work, you’ll know you’re dreaming.

Waking Life is an amazing film about lucid dreaming, if you haven’t seen it yet, I highly recommend it.

Good luck!

great advice, thankyou. will check out waking life.
