2MM sats is just under the $600 surveillance threshold here in the US right now and should be safe for now. Higher than that there may be on-chain chainalysis efforts? Not sure.
Minimum I suppose you just wouldn’t want to spend more than 3 or 5% of your stack on fees. It all goes to the miners or lightning routers or exchange I suppose but it’s up to you. You are the sovereign individual.
