Pre paid cards, especially virtual ones are mostly trash from my experience. Use only as a last resort

I've used the Bitcoin Co app but there are others. You get a virtual card with a number, date & validating number (the 1 on the back).
The only thing I didn't like about it was that I needed to turn off my VPN to get the card details. If you were very concerned about privacy you would do well to connect to a public (non KYC) internet connection to carry this part out. Then store the debit card details (including the current balance) in something like Bitwarden.
I've used the debit card to practice anonymity attending Bitcoin events. To pay for accommodation bookings & purchase tickets.
My advice is to practice in situations where anonymity is less critical. To do your learning in safer scenarios. It can be quite fun if you have a playful perspective.
There are no solutions, only tradeoffs.
This approach trades absolute scarcity for a shitcoin with an expiry date. Not ideal but definitely useful in certain situations.

Not a service specifically but GitHub gives away Copilot to prople who actively contribute to important repositories. So one could pay by working.
I think that's against TOS.
