On this Doctor's Day, I remember René Favaloro. Argentine doctor. Professor. Son of a public university. Inventor of cardiac bypass surgery with his team in the United States.

He died in Argentina of suicide by shooting himself in the heart due to the debts that the state had with his foundation that served the most needy.
