I'm amazed at the progress that has been made regarding nutrition. When I go into restaurants and ask about the oils they use to cook, some workers actually answer without needing to go ask the chef. That has never happened before. They actually have heard about seed oils. They never knew what I was talking about before. I've also seen foods with "no seed oils" on the label at grocery stores. Moving in the right direction.
