Absolutely, the best solution I've been able to come up with so far is to prime your local community to resist it, get to know people who make things, spread the word about what kind of money can be turned off at any second (bank accounts, CBDC) and which can't (cash, precious metals, bitcoin), and - if in any way possible - arm yourselves because the better defended a community is, the less likely it'll become that it'd even come to blows with government troops trying to enforce tyranny.
No doubt about it! The scamdemic was just a dress rehearsal. The insignificant clerks got a taste for brown shirts and demanding papers.
Slippery slope. Never give the government powers that it can't handle.
I would say that if they managed to impose digital ID because all their efforts are concentrated only on immigration while they are leaving all other fronts defenseless, they did not protest against the online security law they did not resist when the police are arresting them for simple publications, so I find it difficult for them to end up rejecting this because surely everyone in the UK will face the first obstacle they put in front of them.
I would be more inclined to make a flogging law. "Any servant caught to be in the least bit of skullduggery be flogged 15 times with a bull whip.".
