I confused the button to log out with the one that deletes all your profile info unfollows everyone and marks your profile as ACOUNT DELETED 😞

Kinda cool the option exists, but I thought I was deleting my account from the app

On Primal is where that mostly exists. Amethyst, and others just remove the private key and disallow new notes (until you re-add your key). Notes can only request deletion and there's no guarantee that it gets fully deleted. Brutal misclick though.
