In my neighborhood there are zero homeschoolers, and I would know because my son would share that with me.

The fiat, twisted “me-first, screw you” mentality is rampant among the children that we’ve interacted with here. Our church and families we know that have children that are respectful, joyful and understand sin and repentance not because they’ve been taught (though they have) but because their parents are committed to living that life, modeling repentance and a faith filled life.

You don’t sit in a public school classroom and figure that out as a kid. You need your parents to help you marinate in that. Day in day out, with regular family worship also.
